It usually takes between 18 to 24 business days for your order to arrive at your doorstep. There is a general processing time of 3 to 7 working days, after which your products are dispatched by the shipping service.

Currently we offer only PayPal for payment processing as the safest checkout method. We will soon be rolling out credit & debit card payments with Stripe.

In case your product(s) arrive damaged or defective, we are here to help you. Our swift returns and refund process will ensure you get the best product from us. You can choose to keep the item or return it to us by general post.

We usually dispatch a new unit as soon as we receive photo evidence from our customers of damaged goods.

We provide a 21 days return policy, with the product in its original condition, packaging, and order slip. In case the wrong variant has been sent customers can return the wrong variant by post and a new one will be dispatched to them.
